Abstract :
Corporate Social Responsibility, hereinafter CSR, is an issue that currently occupies a strategic position in the Markets, because over the years the topic has collected various concepts, strategies and elements that have strengthened it, making it one of the strongest tools that Organizations have to generate Sustainable Development, give added value and be more effective its business management, which is why CSR becomes a great tool for the Health Sector. Describe what are the actions of social responsibility in the Institutions Providing Health Services. Several sources and documentaries were used to locate the bibliographic documents. A search for justified information was carried out through educational pages and platforms such as: scientific writing, database review of the library of the Simon Bolivar University especially in ProQuest and Scopus, critical reading books, scientific journals and internet searches through the search engine 'Google academic', thus selecting those documents that reported on the social responsibility implemented by the IPS over the years and at present, and that contain the key descriptors for the collection of information such as: Social Responsibility, IPS, Health Services, Health, Health Systems in Colombia, and Ethics. The bibliographic manager Mendeley was used to organize and verify the information collected in order to give veracity to the development of this project and to observe how updated and real is the support information implemented.
