Abstract :
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a hematological malignancy that affects various organ systems, including the eye. Several ophthalmological segments may be affected, and in some cases ophthalmological involvement may be reminiscent of acute myeloid leukemia. It is essential for ophthalmologists to be familiar with the different ophthalmological manifestations of acute myeloid leukemia, to make an early diagnosis and initiate treatment of this disease, which has a very poor prognosis in some cases.
