Abstract :
The achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Wonokromo region in 2018 was 61.75%. This number is still far from the target of achieving exclusive breast milk of 90%. Community participation is needed to improve this achievement. Fostering efforts in increasing community participation are carried out through the construction of Kampung ASI Wonokromo Village. This study aims to analyze the implementation E-Counseling of Rumah ASI on family empowerment and maternal behavior in breastfeeding in the Covid 19 Pandemic Period. The research design used is an experimental quasi one group pre post test design. The population is a family that has a baby under 2 years old, which numbers 210 families. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique of 138 respondents. The research procedure begins with creation of e counseling then respondents are given community empowerment questionnaires and exclusive breastfeeding behaviors as a pretest. Furthermore, if the counseling is done, the respondent can repeat itself e counseling and observed for 2 months. after completion of observation respondents were given an exclusive breastfeeding behavior questionnaire and family empowerment as a post test. The research instrument uses a community empowerment questionnaire (FES Scale). Data analysis using the Paired T Test with α = 0.05, obtained ρ = 0.01, meaning that there is a significant influence on the Implementation of E-Counseling “Rumah ASI” On Family Empowerment.
